Therapy with Jess

Have you lost touch with who you are? Been in survival mode for too long?  Feeling constantly anxious or low? Maybe something keeps cropping up, that needs to be spoken through in a safe space.

I offer a space where you can explore freely, knowing that whatever comes up will be met with care, curiosity, and compassion - not judgment. I will work with you to find tools, that can serve as anchor's in your healing journey. Supporting you to explore what’s been getting in the way and to step into a version of yourself that feels more confident, aligned, and authentic.

I currently offer sessions online - wherever you are in the uk, we can connect.

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I combine a range of methods to best support my clients.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, body image struggles, low mood , the effects of trauma or grief , I'd hope to offer you a safe space to sit for a while.

I also work closely with those who experience phobias such as panic attacks, or difficulties with work, school or health anxiety.

Therapy is a process, and it’s one that I walk beside you in. I’m a warm and grounded therapist, but I’m also directive. I’ll meet you halfway, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I'm not clinical, I'm relational.
